CREATE YOUR TRAVEL PROGRAM IN NO MORE THAN 12 STEPS

1. GLOBAL (R)

Required entry of a title, the date and at least 1 photo.

Optional entry of a subtitle, a word of welcome to the user and additional photos displayed in a loop.

2. DESTINATION (O)

Required entry of at least 1 destination (city, region, country or other) with corresponding description.

Optional entry of one or more photos, links and attachments.

3. ACCOMMODATION (O)

Required entry of the name of the accommodation and the date of the stay.

Optional entry of address, telephone number, website, number of stars, description, link, attachment and photo/s.

4. SCHIP (O)

Enter the name of the shipping company & ship, contact details and check-in & check-out date.

Furthermore, you can optionally add a description, documents, photos and links.

5. SCHEDULE (O)

Add times relevant to the trip, including a clarification for each time added.

Optional entry of a notification or ‘push notification’, attachment, link and local contact.

6. TRAVEL INFORMATION (O)

Add practical information such as climate, currency, passport/visa, luggage, health, … with corresponding clarification.

Optional entry of a link and attachment for the items listed.

7. HIGHLIGHTS (O)

Enter some highlights for the trip, ranging from a restaurant, excursion, museum, … .

Required entry of name, address, short description and at least 1 photo per ‘highlight’.

Optional entry of additional photo/s, website, telephone number and contact person.

8. PARTICIPANTS (O)

Enter all participants on the trip. Similar to most fields, this is an item that does not need to be created.

Required entry of the surname and first name of the traveller, if this tool is used.

Optional entry of job, date of birth, phone, email, photo and short biography.

9. ORGANIZATION (O)

Enter details of the organizing company. If this is the account holder, then this can easily be copied.

Required entry of company name, address and telephone number.

Optional entry of website, email, contact person, logo and any text.

10. DOCUMENTS (O)

Add all formal confirmations, such as hotel or rental car voucher, e-tickets and all other booking confirmations.

Optionally add a clarification, link and attachment.

11. CONTACTS (O)

Details of the travel guides can be displayed here. If there are no travel guides, then the information from the organizational section serves as a contact. Make sure a contact has been added.

12. SETTINGS (O)

Finally, you choose the display of the homepage of your trip, you can optionally generate a PDF and you invite the travellers (and tour guides) to consult the programme in the app via the travel code.
